Old European Fiberglass Trailers

I though you guys might like these links to pages on the excellent German OldieCaravan.de web site of 1950s and 1960s 'caravans' (travel trailers) that show fiberglass models (just guessed-at from their appearance). 'Hybrid' refers to part-sticky trailers like the Eriba and some makes have mixes of sticky and molded bodies.

Rather than waste bandwidth on photos of all of them, attached are a couple of nice examples, the stylish Fahti and the odd (apparently all-molded but in many pieces) Intercamp.

Bio
Bourgeois
Constructam (not all fg)
Eriba (hybrid)
Fahti
Intercamp
Italcaravan
Levante
Linke-Hofmann-Busch
MKP (not all fg)
Mostard (hybrid)
Polycar
Rastatt
Saabo
Schäfer
Vacanza

WOW really neat links and now I have a pretty good guess that the one near me that I am trying to buy is probably a Fahti. Now if I can convince the owner that he wants to become a seller.....LOL
Thanks for the listing & links

white cadillac

Bob,
I can see you tooling along in a white 1956 Cadillac convertible towing your Fahti. If you get scared, just slow down!
