We got an email from Tammy today....It's time to start working on our build sheet. feeling so excited and yet so worried that we may miss something or make the wrong choices. I have read lots on this forum that has been very helpful....now where to begin !

It is very exciting, isn't it. This is where I was at 4 years ago when the 19 was first being designed. Tammy and Reace are so great to work with. Lots of ideas here, and a ton on the Escape forum as well. The base trailer is just great as is, and there are a few mods that most consider must haves, and many can be added later, along with the typical owner mods.

our due date is November 23rd... that is just 78 sleeps away !!! we have never owned a RV and we are quite looking forward to the many exciting times ahead.

I smell an Escape Thanksgiving, are you getting the oven option? I received my 19' late inJuly and planning on going to Vermont for Thanksgiving. Will do the turkey on my Cobb grill.
I counted over a dozen emails plus numerous phone calls to Tammy re: options, modifications, accessories, questions about my Escape 19. Reace sometimes called me late on a Sunday night with information. They are good people to work with.

Jim. we are not getting the oven option. We like to BBQ year round and that includes our turkey...yummy smoke flavour from our charcoal grill ! DH and I are tossing ideas around...I would like the window in the bathroom and he does not...

Then make him wait until you use the bathroom first, he may change his mind. I keep mine and the kitchen open 24/7 unless towing, everything is fresh inside.
