Thanks it was taken last year when we took 3 weeks to kayak and camp the sea of cortez. The roads are not for the faint of heart and I actually would not drive again. Much prefering cruising to mexico rather than driving.

The picture is an Art composition of our burro that I created from a picture I took in the high desert in Baja.

I can relate to that Fred since they pulled us over thinking we were carrying a bomb when really their sensors were sensing the propane tank. That was a fun time!!

When I worked for the PD there, we used to call it San-Ya-Skid-Row.

It's a much different place now.
