That's not good news at all! I usually come here & just lurk, but felt that i had to wish you well & all.
I was diagnosed with MM 16 years ago & it's been a long journey. Stem Cell transplant, Chemo, Radiation, Fractured bones, Hospitalization, etc. they all can take their toll on your energy. What gets my energy recharged is to get out camping & just sit in Nature & take it all in! It also means just doing the things that you are capable of, not necessarily what you used to do (be gentle with yourself, but still be active). I believe we live in a wonderful time where a cure is just around the corner, we just have to hang in there long enough for the miracle to happen!! When your Wife is well enough , take her camping even if all she does is sit in the trailer, it's the change of pace that counts.
