Our new to us Casita is here!

Thank you everyone who provided advice about towing, parking, etc! Our new to us Casita arrived Thursday afternoon and we spent Friday going through everything one more time and taking care of paperwork. Lew, the previous owner, is a wonderful person and towed it to us from about 300 miles away. We are so excited! We will have to wait until the rain passes to do much of anything, but perhaps we can go and sit inside and share a celebratory glass of wine! I think we're going to call her "Tranquila" - Spanish for peace/calm/tranquil.

Did you get it up the driveway yet?

Not yet. We decided to rent a spot for a month to buy some time to figure things out and do it right (safely!) with the driveway.

It's okay - it felt really rushed to try to get it all figured out while the previous owner was here. Now we can take our time and do it right.

Thanks! It's so very exciting! It's a 2005 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe. I'll take some better pictures when the weather clears up. I can't wait to make it our own.
