Maybe it is just a really fancy covered bridge, and they took care of the demolition and installation in on easy step.

You have to admit they are making better manufactured housing today.
The old ones would have cracked in half.
And it seems to be a nice site for a home.

Frame-strain will be reduced when they get all those wheels off of there - And no need for holding tanks....
