It should be possible to do something like the fan time-delay for an electric heater also, altho it would prolly cost more than the heater itself

Thanks Pete.. I am all for gadgets and electronics and stuff, but I think in this case, I can deal with a slow dial up of the fan instead of remodeling the fan! And you are correct. The heater cost all of 25 bucks. 1/2 what that arrangement would cost.

The things some folks think of... May be good for AC as you say tho.
