I admit, I did not have time to read all the replies this morning, so If I, per chance, am re-hashing something all ready discussed, my apologies.

You might consider doing as I have done:

- Scamp, layout #4 with side bath, front bunk, and large counters
- Leave out (or remove) the flush toilet
- Buy a C-head toilet and the rubber attachments. This allows the toilet to be removed extremely easily when the bath is to be used for a shower.

You could then buy a shallow plastic tote to be used as a bathtub for your daughter. You will have the drain and water supply handy. Showers will also be more comfortable for you.

You would also have the bunk beds if a brother, sister, or dog might be in your future.
