I've done a lot of sawing, but mostly not plywood, and mostly not inside. So today I cut down my old waterbed boards to make a platform for the bed in the trailer, and also cut the dinette seat plywood so it opens in two pieces (so the part not under the bed opens independently.) Sawdust in an enclosed space- I don't know if it is something in 23 year old (waterbed) or 37 year old (trailer) plywood or just the tight space, but I had a major sneeze/hay fever attack. (Surprisingly, not asthma, though.)

I was going to remove the hinges and cut the seat cover outside, but the screws were pretty old and rusty so I did it in place. Those dinette seats are not very solidly constructed!

One of my hobbies is woodworking. A dust mask at a minimum is necessary. Don't use a saw inside without one. Outside, make sure the wind is blowing the saw dust away. Some of the filler woods in plywood can be toxic. All wood dust damages lungs.

Hmmmm!
A trailer that bounces on down the road and a waterbed that sloshes as you go. Now that's food for thought.
