I like photos... The Scamp Custom shop has made a whole lot of trailers, some of them with really interesting floor plans and designs.
I have an '02 Custom Deluxe 16' and currently an '00 Custom Deluxe 19'. I'll post a few photos of each to get this going.

Awesome shots, Roger!
I have such a bad case of 5th wheel envy
Shoot, the side dinette looks palacial to me! Very nice set-ups, both.
I had posted some shots of my odd egg pre-hack. I'll try again. I am curious to see if Sherman's Scamp is similar to mine. Maybe he would be willing to post some pictures?

This is a 13' custom deluxe. It does not have a bathroom. We tow with a Mazda Tribute so needed to keep weight low. This trailer weighs 1800 lbs with no water in tank and before food in fridge. The Tribute handles it easily.
It does have an unusual floorplan. Actually, FLOORPLAN might be an exaggeration... There's not much floor in this rig!
As you come in the door...

The door at the bottom is the potty storage, of course. There is storage area all the way across the front under the counter. Room for LOTS of unnecessary items

Looking at the door you can see both closets. Oh, yes, they're both full of junk

Since we travel with doggies, I made a loft bed for them. They love to sit up there and look out the window. The shelf is just wire pantry shelving (with VERY close slats so a paw cannot slip thru!) It snaps out quickly should we want to set up the dinette. (We don't.)

The bed is the wider version (full-size)
And I made a little coffee cup shelf for the person who sleeps against the back wall.
And I sewed pockets onto the curtains for tiny items such as glasses, cell phone, or small flashlight.

The dinette table is pretty wood. The cushions do have the original upholstery. What you see are some simple covers I made to protect the cushions. They slip on and off quickly to wash.

The table has an extra board that spans the dinette to extend the bed to full size. The board can also seat someone at the head of the table.
In the previous picture you can see the round AC vent that brings the air out from under the bed. Works fairly well, but we often use a fan, too. The little square access is for the converter.

Another odd feature of this egg is the window covers.
Let's just say I don't consider them a necessity
They require oodles of snaps all around EVERY window.
Quite a pain to wash and wax around them!
