SCAMP customer Service is AAA # 1

Credit is given where credit is due!

I just wanted to make everyone aware of how easy and customer friendly the parts and service department is at Scamp.

I have dealt with two of the "ol' timers" in the sales department out front....(I am 56 yrs old and they are still ol' timers to me)..and I will tell you that Parts and Service runs circles around these guy's.

I have been to the factory a couple of times and the guy's in the manufacturing plant are good but Micah Eveland in service is FANTASTIC.

I have been to the factory to get service of a fantastic fan install, awning install, cable tv, and some gel-coat repair.

Now I have ordered some gel coat to fix the 4 holes in the front from taking off the stinky slinky tube so I won't have a dingy yellow tube on there.

SCAMP has taken very good care of me from a customer service perspective.

I totally agree with Bill's take on the folks at Scamp. I have dealt with Micah and have enjoyed my experiences. The only thing is that when I have dealt with him I walk away with less money?

We had an unexpected issue with our new 13' Scamp when we had travelled all the way to the Gulf coast this winter. Micah USPS down the needed parts to where we were staying in San Antonio, and we were in business. The installation wasn't easy, but we got it done. Scamp came through for us and we were very appreciative. Thus? We've ordered a new Scamp 16. Our experience with Eveland's has been pretty much first class. Both thumb's up.

Devon in Parts is the BEST!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Agree about Devon. He's gone the extra mile for me on several occasions. Nice guy.
