Scamp factory

I would like to know how the members experiences have been getting answers to emails sent to the factory. I have had questions with zero response.

My experience with Scamp they would really prefer to talk to people. Email is the least preferred method of communication. I want answers I simply call them. Kent Eveland seems to always be ready to talk. Kent's the owner.

So my advice is to call tell and ask away.

Dealing with Scamp factory

Last week I was dealing with the Scamp factory, and "Micah" is the head of service dept. He returned my calls promptly,and we spoke several times over 3 days.

Call the factory!! Kent and the other folks there are very helpful and will spend whatever time (assuming it's a reasonable amount of time) to answer questions and give you really good advice.
