Interesting isn't it. One of my friends owns a flour mill. A number of years ago it burned down. His insurance was about 10% of the rebuild cost. It took him about 5 years to recover. One of those situations where the building was old and rebuild to current code was beyond belief.

Things are looking up for the 35-year old family-run business.

"We still have a waiting list; we have about 100 trailers sold ahead right now," Eveland said, "So that's good."

It still sounds like a pretty strong market!

Pretty good to be sitting on a million dollars plus in sales! Glad to see them coming back strong. Kinda wish they'd have used this as an opportunity to update and improve the design a little bit though...

As discussed here a couple of times, the 13' model's body is now taller (for more interior height). Not a big change, but Scamp strikes me as a very conservative business, and that seems to suit many of their customers.
