scamp on freeway

coming home from hot august nights reno, saw scamp on freeway after leaving boomtown, heading back to ca, i have never seen one being pulled, than on other side of freeway heading toward reno saw a half (bottom) green and beige maybe a burro? thought it was kind neat...

a two tone Burro? more likely a Boler. but then they could have painted it. :) I have yet to see any of the brands in motion around here.
