I bought a 96 13" Scamp a few months ago. It is now raining for the first time this year and I was just checking for leaks.
I discovered a wet spot on the floor under the refer door about the size of a quarter.
I am posting this here because this leak could have been over looked until it was to late.
Isaac asked for advice a while back about replacing rotten flooring in his Scamp under the fridge. Maybe this is a more common problem than we realize as it is not an obvious leak.
I am going to have to pull the fridge out when the weather clears find the leak and hopefully NOT repair the floor as Isaac did.
If you have a Scamp it might pay to check for a leak in the fridge area.

I hope you all have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS or a HAPPPY HANUKKAH,
John

First thing I would check for is water in fridge.

I did! The fridge has not been used in 2 months. The floor is wet behind the fridge and the inside of the wall is wet.

Hi:John... We had a bad leak in our Boler... came from the bottom of the small vent window above the fridge/stove but in our case the water dribbled down the wall inside the trailer on to the top of the cabinet behind the stove top then down into the front storage bin beside the fridge. I took the window out and rebuilt it with new gaskets and seals from Vintage Trailer Supply

Hello again, I noticed that the water seemed to be coming from the lower small vent frame. When they assembled it from the factory, it looks as if the mitered corners were not cut correctly, and there are two small gaps on each end that let water in right onto the floor from the outside. What I did to solve the problem is to fiberglass the lower inside edge of the aluminum frame at the corners to keep the water out instead of drilling out the rivets to rearrange the frame and hope I put it back together well.
