Scamp question

I am going to look at 77 scamp 13' tonight , is there any specifics I need to check on, common issues , or potential bad spots. Thanks

Rotten floor, sagging door, sagging axle are the worst case issues on all FG campers.

I bought it, I had a Hunter compact last year and always missed it and always wanted a Scamp. The lady was named Shelly and that's going to be the campers name to. We are definitely some happy campers! Thanks for the advice, it has a new axle, no smell and no rot.
