Scamp rivet button caps

I heard that Scamp will sell the rivet caps but wondered if anyone had just 2 or 3 they would part with? Not sure how much Scamp wants but probably shipping is $5 or $10. Lost a couple on our trip.
All I need is the cap (or the decorative piece) that goes over the rivet.
I could send you a few dollars in the snail mail.

check your local hardware store. It was posted somewhere that someone found em at home depot or lowes or ace . check with your local fence company that deal with the pvc fence that they used the same caps to cover screws on my fence last year.

I'd just call Scamp and find out what they will do first. Some companies will simply send you a few items like this. There was a handful of rivits and covers in my Scamp when I bought it. It wouldn't hurt to ask.

We found some at the Reno Depo here in Montreal (I think the Building Box in the rest of the country bought out by Home Depo in the last year I think, I can't keep track anymore, but it is one of those big box hardware stores). We were going to order from scamp as I had drilled out all of the rivits during the rebuild, they were not expensive, available immediately and no postage.

Alright, here's a basic question! What exactly does a rivet cover look like? I have these little silver round discs that are on the exterior of my Lovebug. They have a small hole in the center. Does this button cap go over this? How does it affix?

BTW, anyone else think we should start a photo album, off the website, perhaps, with pictures of all these items? I'd sure appreciate it and may be willing to do the work. I could see it at Kodakgallery.com, the list could be alphabetized for an easy search!

That would be the rivet (the silver round discs with the hole), there is a small cup, clear in the ones I picked up, you put the rivet through before using the rivet on the egg and the cap, white for the ones we purchased, but I also saw then in brown, tan and black just snaps on to the little cup. If I can find our extras, will take a photo tonight.
