Has anyone seen these types of windows on a Scamp before?

Yes, they are still available as a special order from the factory (as far as I am aware). It is just the updated (black frame) version of the old silver/aluminum ones on the 1983 and earlier before Scamp changed to sliders instead. Personally, I like the crank out type better.

Zeb,

We have them on our 97 Scamp 5th wheel. They are an awning type which allows them to be opened during a gentle rain and they allow a good breeze through. The only down side is the pointy edges can do some damage if you walk into them outside.

I think the newer Hehr awning versions have fixed panels on the sides with the awning windows in a center panel and rounded frame edges.

That's the style of the kitchen window in my Boler B1700 (see the Albums for an example). I don't know about "newer"... mine's a 1979.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
