Searching for a post about the Dish Network

I saw a post about someone who had bought the Dish Network package where programming can be turned on and off without turnon/turnoff fees. There was something about turning it off and getting charged for the programming while turned off. I can't find the thread. Can someone help? Thanks

WHat do you mean both domes? Is this the program where you actually buy the electronics? I'm referring to the one advertised in Trailer Life and sold at Camping World on sale right now?

Their advertising says packages starting at $49. Can you explain a bit more? Thanks
