Separation anxiety

Well it's that time of year again for us northern folk to put our fiberglass beauties away for that long cold winter.
Planning next years adventures does help take the edge off that separation anxiety but if your like me something a little extra is sometimes needed. Last year my DW Vicki (who is also a graphic designer) took a few of our favorite camper photos, added a pastel effect, and printed out these on canvas as a Christmas gift to me.
We hung them above the counter where I make my morning breakfast every day. They do make me happy!

Cool photo effects, and a great way to help anticipate next spring!

Our Scamp is just sitting in our heated shop waiting to make a mad dash

to southern FL for some January & February sun and bicycling. Hope we don't spend the time dripping wet and freezing like last year.

What a great idea! Your wife is very talented. Whoever took the original photos has a good eye as well.

And what a great way to start every day! I am blessed that I can look right out the window from the chair in which I drink my morning coffee and see Scampy waiting patiently for her next adventure.

Floyd and Jon,
Thanks for your kind comments.
They say a picture is worth 1000 words but for me a picture is also worth 1000 memories. The geographical location (Maine, The Blue Ridge Mountains, Utah, and Minnesota) is only a small part of the story each one represents.
Everyone on this forum is a member of a very blessed community. I have many friends that because of physical, financial, or personal limitations dont have the opportunity to experience life the way we get to.
It's just another thing to rember and give thanks for this coming holiday.
