This trailer was for sale in Calgary. I visited it. Some really interesting differences between my 1972 and this 1971. The door latch looks to be original. The frame is especially interesting to me. The tubes, look to be 3"x3" square, instead of the more familiar 2"x3". Also the bumper is attached using angle iron. The bumper was different too. I would have taken more pictures, but my camera ran out of power.
BTW: I am now bumping all my date estimates back by one year. What I thought was a 1974, turns out to be a 1973, based on several date stickers from actual 1973 trailers. This puts my Cantaloupe back to a 1972.
So the early Trillium trailers that have a two pane Jalousie on either side, and a non opening window front and back must be a 1970, where most people call them a 1971.

A question: Is the front of your trailer a gaucho, (couch that turns into a bunk)?

Do you have any pictures? I assume that your interior is orange. I think that if I could choose, I would want that color combination on a 4500, but they are all colonial white, inside and out. I would also love to get a picture of the data sheet that should be on the inside of your closet door. I am planning on generating a spread sheet of installed equipment model numbers vs. trailer serial number.

David my interior is green and the front is a gaucho, but we have no hardware for it.


There is no data sheet in the closet, so no help to you there.

Hi, David.

We just purchased a 1979 Trillium Jubilee. Trillium booklet shows original owner and purchase date of September 15, 1979.

FYI: Serial number: JU 3300119, Gaucho.

Homelet is an '09 model with a front dinette.

Can't you get a moderator to update your list instead of having multiple lists?

Yeah, it is getting kinda long to keep repeating, but It does keep getting better. I have started to link to the trailer, from the serial number. This is handy when I link to the person's public page with their name. With referrals, I only link to the trailer.

I did ask a moderator, and the current approach was the response. Actually, what I would like would be a permanent edit button, maybe on the first post. This works though. What I am more worried about is that I will eventually reach the maxim limit on text in one post. I suppose I will then split out the separate models into their own lists.
