Anyone else out camping this Memorial Day weekend? If so share your site!
We stayed close to home and set up camp at Lake Ann Minnesota, a state forest campground.
Remember freedom isn’t free.

Golden Colorado Clear Creek Campground. Owned and operated by the City of Golden. Nicest urban campground we have ever stayed in.
Arriving tomorrow. Tonight’s campground is the Walmart parking lot in Goodland, KS.
From there we head to Colorado National Monument and then Capitol Reef NP in Utah.

Paul will be spending some "me" time alone in Peanut in the driveway, enjoying coffee, snacks, and visiting with passing neighbors.

I will be in Seattle in the parking lot next a lovely beach working on my new trailer cabinets. But there is an Elks club next door that allows over night camping for members if someone is heading into the city from the country or out of town.
Nice thing about being in town this week, there are no lines and very little traffic except near the space needle where there is a big music festival going on.

Once you are there, it is a short walk to the Colorado School of Mines Museum. If you have not seen it on a previous trip, it is worth it. It has one of the best rock collections around, including a rock out of this world (from the Moon), and the admission is free. The Coors Brewery tour is no longer free, unfortunately; $5 for CO, $10 for non-CO.

Here we are in Halfway Lake Provincial Park located in Northern Ontario. Since it is not a holiday here in Canada the park is pretty much empty.
