Hey all, I'm looking at a FGRV a good way off from me, and I'm thinking about trying to ship it to me (CO to TN). Anyone have any ideas or ever done this before? Anyone you'd recommend to use? to keep away from?

Thanks in advance...

Toby

Hi: Toby... Check with some of the Auto Dealers in your area. They usually have someone with a flat bed trailer to haul in their dealer trades!!!

I've never shipped a FGRV, but have shipped a Conversion Van from Michigan to Florida last February - $2,100 1 way - and that was before diesel went up to $4.19 a gal. We used a car hauling company who picked it up from our driveway and delivered it to the parking lot of Ft Myers airport. Just my 2 cents.

Do a little research. There are several RV transport outfits that deliver RVs out of southern Indiana where a lot of them are manufactured. I bet they would jump on a back haul opportunity.
