I bought my Scamp online in July and drove from Eugene Oregon to Sacremento to pick it up and YES..i was verrrrry pleased .. i picked it up and kept going all the way to Dresden Ohio on the Muskingum River and that is where this photo was taken ~~~deep in the corn fields of Ohio!!!

i can hardly feel it behind my Astro!!

I am now a fellow Egger and mighty Happy!!!!

At the moment i am getting my Egg road ready and will be on the road in a couple weeks heading south to Mexico.. i hope to see some fellow eggs out on the road!! Dee

I thought I would share photos of my new to us rig. We just got back from Port Townsend, WA. where we bought a 25í Bigfoot rear queen. Our plan is to use this when we go Fulltime in 2009. The truck is also new to us; a 1 ton Turbo Diesel 4WD.

We drove over the Siskiyous and Black Butte Pass near Weed, CA January 3rd with chains on and jockying around all the 18 wheelers. (Donít want to do that again)

When we got back to Central California we loaded up our gear and headed for Gila Bend, Arizona where we met up with our friends Dave & Leslie (fulltimers in a 13í Scamp). Dave took these photos. Thanks Dave.

This is our 1997 Scamp Deluxe 5th wheel and 2006 Toyota Tundra. Hubby replaced the axle and added shims to raise the camper to work with the Tundra.

Sorry about all of the dust on the after pic, but there's only so much you can do with sawdust, and fiberglass dust in a small enclosed garage during the winter. the final wash down and sealer application has to wait for a spring day.

Here we are, on the first trip of the year. We took a group of students to Pine Ridge Reservation to volunteer and then stopped at Crazy Horse.
