Our new ParkLiner

Here's a photo of our new Parkliner taken at Goose Point campground at Philpott Lake in southern Virginia on April 3, the day we picked it up. Hard to believe that we would have two inches of snow on the ground the next afternoon!

Nice Play Pac Diane! Looks like it was Jim's (olhippiejim here on the forum) perhaps? They did a great job of resurrecting it and it still looks great. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do ours. I look forward to seeing you guys in action with that very unique (and roomy!) egg.

Thanks Thom,
We had a leisurely return from Gibsonville. Two nights at the first site and one night each at two sites averaging a little over 200 miles between stops. The ParkLiner behaved beautifully. Comfortable and warm with night time temps in the low 30s. It was pretty much mountainous terrain at Interstate speeds averaging 70 MPH with lots of truck traffic. The PL tracked like it was on rails. Not a trace of sway behind our Taco and averaged 15-16 MPG. Arrived home at mid-afternoon today to find most of our snow gone. We were suffering from climate shock as it was with green grass and blooming flowers in North Carolina. We're already planning our next trip in a couple of weeks with some other folks on the forum if our schedules permit. Spring break on the Great Lakes. Hope all goes well on your transport.

Being a new owner and new to trailering, one should remember you have a one ton vehicle behind you, your stopping distances have greatly increased. Driving 70 mph towing with a new rig seems a little risky, I remember when all trailers being towed had a 55 mph limit, you still see that on U-Hauls. slow down and enjoy the scenery.
