A STUDY IN CONTRASTS: I just came across this photo from the 2009 Race Across America bicycle race (Vic works the event as a photojournalist). That's our lil' Trail Mite that we used for three years of following the race, while in the foreground is the big ol' mongo rig that one of the 4-rider teams used.

We picked up our scamp in Backus in March 2013 and have spent about 75 days in it from Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona and California about one month. Then on to the Canadian Rockies. We are looking forward to our adventures coming up. Here are some pics of our travels.Click image for larger version

Hi Joan.

I'm curious what year Rav4 you are towing with and is it the 6 cylinder or 4?

Hope you love your Scamp 16 as much as we love ours.

Dan

We have a 2012 with a 6 cylinder with a tow package. It does really well towing our scamp. We really enjoy the trailer and are looking forward to many more days this year.

Thanks, Kevin. The waterfall is in Yosemite, the desert is colorado national monument. I would recommend these for any trip out west.

I have the same year same color and the V6 with tow package as well. Did you have to do anything in the way of a WDH or sway control for your scamp ?
BTW very nice TT, i like it. Carl
