Here is mine, packed and ready for the 7,000 mile trip to Escape Rally in British Columbia last month. We dodged the storms in the southwest across to California and then headed north up to Canada. Wonderful trip and averaged 14.5 mpg.

Wow Dick! Those before and after photos are a testament to some serious sweat equity! Looks great!

I've written here about my new to me wheelchair van. Combined need to take care of my paralyzed brother with camping. Here's my first photo, all hooked up and ready to roll. Click image for larger version

Introducing myself and my Scamp

Some of you may have met my 1983 Scamp before I ever saw 'im. He was already all dressed up and came to Virginia by way of Minnesota (according to the woman who sold 'im to me at the end of May). If you know anything about my lil guy's previous life, I'd love to hear about 'im. He's a real cutie and tows nicely. So far, I've only camped in 'im once--in a friend's field on my way home from Maryland to back to Virginia.

The project

Pretty much finished the redo on our 70s era Boler.
Interior was shot, Frame was shot. Luckily the shell was in good condition.

2002 Scamp and a 2015 Outback tug. After towing for over a decade with a Honda Element, I'm liking the way the Subaru gets the job done.

Living in the Appalachians, I had some concerns about going from a manual to an automatic transmission, but the Subie CVT with its manual option is just fine on those long descents.
