my first picture post. everyone else has pretty pics of their trailers and all i could find is this scattered image after three days of solid rain. you get the gist though. we are totally self contained and yes, all that stuff fits neatly in the trailer. we have a great campfire grill that folds flat, and the picnic table dissasembles to flat also. nothing but the dog goes in the back of the truck, and thats the way she likes it. i have hauled (i haul and husband naps) through some places that most people wont go with trucks alone. my favorite spots i will let you in on if you are adventerous. this TM-14 surfside came in great original shape. nothing but the rock guard in the front and several replacements of bent jacks (oops) in the total of 6 years we have had it.
is it just our experiences, or is everybody envoius of fiberglass?

once you've had the best...

What a lot of nice outfits!

My rig is a '03 SD 17'. I'm pulling now with a 2500HD Chevy Duramax. The first pic is in the Badlands of South Dakota, north of where I live. The second is in the Sandhills ranch country of western Nebraska where I now reside. Yes, that's a clothes-line stretched between Otra and the truck!

I like to camp in out-of-the-way places. I also like my comfort when I can get it! The Honda EU2000i helps me get that comfort wherever I am and it is an integral part of my outift. It's sitting behind the Casita in the prairie pic.

Sunset on the So. Cal coast, kind of. It's Orange county, close enuff! LOL!

The haze is from the smoke from the big fire burning just over the hill.

Just towed my new to me 1978 Boler home from New Jersey to Atlanta last weekend. It needs some restoration but its a good original trailer. I'll be repainting it and replacing the cushions, cabinet doors and all of the rusty fasteners in the months to come. I camped in it the first night I had it at Pocomoke River State Park in Deleware on Thursday night.

Although this is not mine, but my Father -in-law's, I thought I would show it as it is what got me interested in finding a fiberglass trailer. This is from our honeymoon last september in Cobscook Bay state park in Maine.
72 Boler, with tow vehicle 56 GMC panel truck. I can't take a pic of my Beach cause my camera has went belly-up.

Well....I got a new camera, so I thought I would show a pic of my beach, although its far from done., and is slow going cause I have been off work with a broken leg for past 6 weeks. But in the month or so we have owned it ...the updates we have done were.........
Rip out and replace the plywood counter ( covered with dollar store stick tiles), replaced with proper counter top, but extended with extra pine cupboard, replace dollar store flooring with cherry 10 mm laminate. Ripped out add on overhead cupboard, replaced with pine microwave holder, installed new plumbing, reset sink+taps, new crown moldings. Table had been painted flat light blue(latex). Recovered in chocolate brown leatherette, cupoard doors done in black leather, with surrounding trim in chocolate paint.
Upholstory is almost done,( shiney silky black ), In the process off hooking up 4 speaker CD sound system, New Water and Electric outlets. Have painted the side window frames in black and tinted the side windows with Limo tint for updated look.
Next on the agenda is to rplace back window due to crackling, and on to sanding the exterior for new paintjob to match tow vehicle....99 bazer 2dr sport.

I found this unit yesterday on a consignment lot in Salmon Arm BC. I bought it and brought it to its new home. I did have a new one on order but canceled when I found this one.
Its a 2004 Trillium Outback, Bathroom model.

Just got home from IA where I picked up Roger's Bigfoot 17. The photo was taken at the KOA in Green River, Utah. We camped 5 nights on the way back and the trailer is wonderful! Frosty is inside with the AC on.

Taken this morning on my way home. The amateur radio club I belong to was supposed to be supporting a bicycle hillclimb up the Mount Washington Auto Road, but it was postponed until tomorrow due to high winds at the summit. Looks like I'll be going back up tomorrow...

Same location, looking the other way. The elevation probably doesn't look very impressive to the folks out West, but we start out a lot closer to sea level! I know the truck was huffing and puffing while climbing the grades.

Ok gang So it says "show us your rigs"... Well here is my first "Rig". It's fiberglass so it qualifies but it's hardly a "rig". No electrical of any kind... no kitchen...water?...no...storage?...Ha! Take a look at this egg...
