I have not noticed any drain plugs. There is the thru-hull for the water system drains though.

Think if you spring a major leak you will need to tilt the trailer at the tongue jack and mop up what may collect in the rear compartment. Hopefully that is an extremely rare occasion and I'll not need to install a bilge pump.

Right, someone already has a bilge heater, worse case scenario just drill a couple small 1/4 drain holes back there and tilt, there are maybe 6 in the Escape around the perimeter.

I'd also suggest making that Oliver sign into a functioning third brake light, both the Oliver and Escape 19 have low stock brake lights which in traffic are hard to see by big trucks, particularly in truck/camper rest areas. The 21' model has a high set in addition to the lower set for better night visibility.
The current line of Legacy Elite II Oliver Travel Trailers have continued the use of "Weep Holes" in the outer body as they did in the 2008 models of the Legacy Elite. There are 8 in my trailer, each covered with a stainless steel midget vent by Sea-Dog:

Sea-Dog : Quality Marine, Industrial and Rigging Hardware

The use of the high Oliver light as a brake light was dropped in the new models due to some restrictions for that use in the RVIA certifications. I agree that it would be a good thing to have.

No Jim, I'll be working that weekend, but I'm retiring the first week in October, so I'll be able to travel at lib after that. We plan to come North later this year to visit some relatives.

Very nice Ron. Congrats!! Our deliver date is scheduled for this coming Tues. Thats the good news, the bad news is getting there with this god awful record breaking weather. Currently there is not a good route. Might have to put it off for a week or a few days.

If you can put it off, I would. My schedule wouldn't allow it. Thankfully I had 4 wheel drive.

The roads in Tennessee can be horrible. They don't have the road clearing equipment and appear to do little in the way of putting out salt or grit.

Where I live 4WD is virtually mandatory go we got that too, but it doesn't mean its sensible to set out on a cross country passage in this stuff either. Its like I told Robert this morning, no ones life is depending on this, its a first world problem.

Advise well taken for sure. We are both "self unemployed" and to some extent do have flexibility for now.

And there is another major storm about to hit again if not already. The front range out in this neck of the woods and also to the south in CO got hammered over the weekend too.

I have the bilge heater for intra-shell warmth, not because I have a bilge pump down there. LOL! (Hopefully I'll never wish I had a bilge pump)

My 2008 Ollie has numerous weep holes underneath at strategic low points of the mold to facilitate drainage. Looking under the trailer, you see no holes at all because they are all covered with the nice silver protective covers that Steve referred to in post #19.

Hmm...I'll have to look as I don't recall seeing any on mine.

I think you may have coined a new phrase there Pete - intra-shell warmth...
