Saw a Scamp 13, blue green Chevy pickup tug, parked by the quai/marina at Alma, New Brunswick today. They were probably also checking out some of the world's largest tide changes... Alma may be tops at 53 ft tide.

On the way back from watching the Twins win on Sat & the Vikings lose on Sun today... we saw what I think was a 16 Scamp near Clearwater MN at around 12:20 PM today & then a 13 or 16 Scamp just east of Moorhead around 3:15 PM..... both were traveling east.

There were about fifty of 'um at Lacrosse last week, that could explain your prolific sightings.

On Sunday Sept 19th, I saw a 13 Scamp with no stripes , towed by a white Chrysler mini-van, westbound on I-80 around Ottawa Il about 6 PM.

Around 9:15 the morning of Wednesday 22 Sept, where I-93 meets rt. 112 in Lincoln/Woodsville, NH, a nicely maintained 13' Scamp pulled by a ubiquitous Something. There are so few us here in VT & NH!

Tues about 2:30pm, a red pickup truck pulling a 5.0 Escape. You were just pulling into the Shell station in Chilliwack, B.C.

was this you

Saw a 16ft. Casita at the Downstream Casino rv park in Quapaw,
Ok. this past weekend. They must have arrived late Sat. eve or early Sun. morn.
We left early Sun morn and they appeared to still be sleeping so we didn`t talk to them.
We were there in our 13 ft. Casita, just as proud as could be, amoung all the BIG motorhomes.

Smile Casita sighting in Harrison, Arkansas RV Park

Met a cute lady looking for land in Arkansas in her '06 Casita she had made just for her! Told her about this site and the casita site to meet other nice folks like her. Hope she visits.

Escape

On Saturday 9/25/10 I saw an Escape being pulled by a dark green Chevy pickup with BC plates on both. You were heading east towards Yuma AZ on I-8, around 11:30 am and near the Glamish dune in Calif. We did see you later on the road in Yuma, Az still going east.

Saw 3 Casitas and either a Burro or U-haul this weekend.
First Casita was spotted SB on I-81 in VA pulled by what looked like a silver Honda or Toyota SUV Friday morning near Lexington (24th).
Second Casita was on I-81 SB in PA on the same day.
Next was a Burro or U-Haul NB on I-476 North of Philly Monday the 27th.
Last was a Casita SB on I-81 stopped at the WV visitors center, pulled by a Sienna(?) minivan on the 27th.
No Scamps again!

John

At the Miami County Fairgrounds in Troy Ohio Sept 24 thru26. Two Scamps and a Uhaul (which once belonged to Raya). Plus my own trillium. All 13 footers and all camping at the Quad States Roundup. Then a longer painted glass trailer westbound on Int 70 in Columbus, Ohio late Sunday afternoon- I couldn't tell what brand it was though. Steve G

Holtwood Campground, Oconto, WI. Husband reported sighting 16' Scamp in our campground. Did not tell wife. Should send him out on his bike in the dark in his PJs to get more info since it's probably just a fly by.

Saw what looked like a 16' Casita travelling South on I75 around Sarasota yesterday, Saturday. It's funny -- you read posts about how people don't register the tow vehicle -- well, ahem, I was so busy trying to ID the camper across that wide median that I am as guilty as others!! It could have been a light colored truck or SUV.

At Persimmon Ridge Campground, Jonesborough, Tn, I was able to speak with the owners of a 1972 Discoverer (all fiberglass, awesome vintage motorhome) after eying it from our campsite for several days. Jemi and Joey are a really nice couple, and totally restored their beautiful, vintage motorhome. No chance for a photo, as they were on their way home.
Greetings from the International Storytelling Festival, in historic Jonesborough.
