Two weekends ago we saw and then met the owners of a 2012 16 foot scamp in western Nebraska at Ft. Robinson. It was fun to get to see theirs and they took a look at our 13 foot scamp. Yesterday while heading home from a July 4th camping trip, we saw two different 13 foot Casita campers on westbound I70 in Colorado, and a 13 foot scamp being towed by a Subaru Outback pulled in to get gas behind us at Dillon, CO. So funny because we have only ever seen one other fiberglass camper "in the wild" prior to purchasing ours!

That was probably me pulling our Casita. How many Casita's are you going to see on Montana's 200? Especially if it was being pulled by a white Honda Odyssey. Just returning from a week of pedal triking in Kellogg ID.

Enjoy,

Perry

Perry:

Rough sucker of a highway. Did it for a change of scenery into Billings. I think we will be taking the less scenic route as I like getting from point A to point B in this country quickly.

Old Boler

Today at the Irving Station, just south of Riviere du Loup, QC on hwy 185.
A 1977 Boler, given to the guy by his sister in QC and he was towing it home to Nova Scotia. I had a peek in the window. It will need some serious TLC but I think it will get it. I told him about the website and that there was a wealth of information here for him. Hopefully he will sign on.

Saw a Scamp today too, north bound on the same highway but I was being funnelled into a single lane by concrete barriers in a construction zone so that's all I can tell you. Safety first.... right?

We saw a Casita being towed by a white truck with topper on the back in Emporia going up onto Kansas Turnpike 335.

I'm yelling "Look, look, look!" We rarely see units here although someone a few blocks from here has one in the driveway.
