Gained a Scamp and a Compact Jr in town Ephrata, WA) in the last week, haven't had a chance to meet the owners yet.

ALSO, gonna be running I-90 and I-5 in WA this week--- (family reunion weekend upcoming-that's why we aren't at Bandon) Anyone that can flag me down will be rewarded with choice of beverage. Larry

Was up at Fort Warden in Port Townsend on the 9th of July and seen a 13ft scamp at the campground all alone. You must have been checking out the wonderful sights around the area.

Today seen a 16ft. Casita heading Eastbound on I-90 couldn't tell the tow rig highway divider in the way.

Also, locally, spotted a Scamp at the local storage facility. Ah, such a sad sight, should be out on the highway heading to your favorite spot.

Saw a casita by a working gold claim on the road to Chicken and another in the camping area in Chicken where we got gas.

I saw a scamp in the walmart parking lot ( exit 79-I-5) yesterday as I was exiting to go to work or I would have looked them up to say HI.....

We were on a cruise to Alaska. Rented a car in Skaway, and there is a Boler sitting in someone's back yard...

Rolling sightings:

Sacramento area - West bound US 50, Casita 16/17: Back on Sunday 06/01/08.

Southbound 99 - Sunday June 29, mid afternoon. Glass rig, couldn't determine mfg - was going other way - but looked to be 16' or so.


Don't recall either TV. At the time I saw them, didn't know about this forum, OTHERWISE woulda paid more attention!

Tow vehicle white truck of some sort (ya caught me by surprise!!!!) dragging along a little Casita. Was it YOU?
Also wondering if this coulda been the same Casita we spotted earlier on while Glamping in the KOA in Lynden WA around the first week of July (you were there only overnight)????

Met a Scamp on I-25 between Pueblo, CO and Colorado Springs the evening of July 15/Tuesday. It was North bound as to our south bound. She, I believe, waved. Not sure if I got my wave going soon enough. Another 16' I would guess. Redish color tug as I recall.

It is next to an Aliner.. there are 2 of those here.. at last we are equal in #!

Eriba Puck, July 5 at Two Rivers Folk Festival in Chepstow, Wales.
Eriba Touring, Nissan TV, July 7 on M5 SW of Birmingham.
Two Pucks at the Ely Folk Festival in Ely England on July 12 and a Touring GT on July 13 at same festival. Owner invited us to stick our head in the GT, it has very nice interior finish.

Spotted a 16 ft Casita being pulled by a Jeep wagon Friday a about 3:30 PM heading west on interstate 68 near Cumberland, Maryland. Nice looking rig.

Saw a 13' Scamp on I-70 just west of Wheeling, WV. We waved, and we think that they waved at our UHaul too.

St. Maries, Idaho, July 19,2008

Going fishing on the St. Joe Rver passed a little old burro with white tow vehicle parked in town. We were towing a drift boat for a day trip, the Trillium had to stay home.

Spotted a 16' Casita headed east between Port Clinton and Marblehead, Ohio. We were camped at Ft Firelands campground for the Rev War weekend. I keep hoping there are a bunch of us here in NE Ohio.

Was it you? July 21st., traveling on Interstate 90, outside of Laurel, Montana, a 5th wheel Deluxe with a reddish tow vechile. We waved and they flashed their headlights.

Today July 22 near Loretto, Ont, Canada. I was about to make a left turn at an intersection and there was a brand new 17' Escape turning toward me. The lady actually lives about 5 km from my place and she was coming home from her first solo trip. I asked if I could get the tour and she said if I would follow her about a km down the road to her house she would be glad to. I told her she would have to get used to this kind of request if she wanted to own such a nice trailer. She didn't know about this site or fibreglass rallies etc.( she could have gone to Emily if she had only known) so she gained lots of info in exchange for the tour. She couldn't say enough good things about Reese and Escape trailers.

Have you visited the new Gettysburg Museum? We were there when we went to the rally at Townsend in April. The pear trees along the streets were in full bloom at that time as well.

We just did it today. We also bought the CD tour and did the car tour. Tomorrow, we set out to tour where ancestors lived in WV and might hit Manassas if we have time. If not, it will be the next day.

we will be headed out to wheeling W Virginia and then into Indianapolis on Monday and should end up camping at hopefully a walmart or A/T somewhere in Illinois on Monday night. We did see a 13 ft Scamp last Sunday heading west in Indiana. We were headed East. We are spending the Weekend in Scottyland in Rockwood, Pa. (dog patch area) if anyone will be there.
