Thumbs up

Where are you guys?
We have a white conversion van which pulls 77S13.
Left Biloxi MS on Feb 17, 2009 headed west on I-10. The first siting was a Scamp 5er towed by a grey pickup which parked next to us at the Seguaro Nat Forest visitor center.
Attended the FCRV Retiree Rally in Case Grande AZ. There was an 83 Burro towed by an old (before 1960) pickup being restored. There was also a 2006 16' Casita.
Yesterday, March 10, we saw a Scamp 13' towed by a blue Honda or similar mini van.
I keep watching for the rest of you.

Hi Faith - if by 'you guys' you mean L 'n D, we are parked at our winter nest in Quartzsite on I-10 where it crosses Hwy 95 (US & AZ) ... that would be Desert Sunset RV Park on AZ95 north of 'town'. If you're in the 'hood, give a shout and come by for a visit! Safe travels - L 'n D

Saturday I saw a 13 ft Scamp parked in a driveway in Villa Park? York Township? in the western suburbs, just off of Meyers road. We had seen a 16 ft before, but this was the first 13 footer we'd ever seen. My, they are tiny, but cute! If there would have been someone outside I probably would have had to stop and say hello and let them think I was crazy.

I saw a Scamp in a driveway today too! In Linden, AZ, near the entrance to Fools Hollow Lake.

Also, in Pinetop/Lakeside AZ, near Rainbow lake, this forlorn thing.. sitting all by itself on the street.

Saw an older Casita 16' or 17" heading north on the Natchez Trace on Thursday morning 3-19-09 near mile marker 257 north of Tupelo, MS. I was so excited about seeing a Casita (a rare thing in this area) that I forgot to make note of the tow vehicle!

April 4 we saw a 16' (I think) Scamp toewed by a dark red PU going East bound on SR20 through the Coupeville light (there is only one). Was it an islander or a visitor? Spotted about 2PM or so.

If you hurry, you could probably intercept them in New Mexico or Utah

Tuesday, April 7th - parked at the Nugget casino/restaurant in Searchlight, Nevada - Trilium with beautiful paint job. Egg was teal-green on top, black below the belly band, and the tug (Forester?) was painted matching teal. Licensed in British Columbia - maybe snowbirds heading home? Anyone from this forum? Hope you were having safe travels and happy trails! L 'n D

I was working at San Diego's Water Quality lab at "Liberty Station" (The old Recruit Training Center) next to the airport.
When I finish around noon, in the parking lot of the San Diego State satellite school next door is a 13' Perris Pacer (Name is embossed on the fender skirts) with a Dodge Ram 3500 V8 tow vehicle. I left a FGRV business card on the windshield.

16 foot Casita today headed west on highway 299 in Willow Creek, CA pulled by a white PU or large RV, didn't see it. I waved and they looked at me as if to say "we don't know anyone here" anyway, happy trails. Margaret in NW California

Today, I saw a 16' Scamp on Hwy 10 heading west in New Mexico about 15 miles from the AZ border (heading their direction), looked like it was being pulled by a champaign colored Jeep Liberty. They were checking me out going East. Was it you?
