About 9am July 2, a 17" Casita heading north on Taft in Loveland, Colorado. Too busy trying not to get creamed by a van pulling out in front of me to notice the TV.

My First Scamp spotting since I bought ours! East bound on K10 in Kansas on to 435 east. 13 footer pulled by a red Subaru. I went slow in front of you hoping you'd pass me, but you didn't take the bait and I had to get to my grad class.

Yay, that was me!!! We were headed to the Indiana Fiddler's Gathering (my old-time string band "The Prairie Acre" was hired to play there). I've been spotted; yay!

Yesterday between Centralia and Chehalis, WA on the old Hwy I got right behind an Escape 5.0 with a dark blue ( I think ) full size PU.... It had washington plates so dont know if they were from around here or taking the long way... I hit the freeway on the way home and thought I saw it parked at the Chehalis .. Walmart? Exit 79?
who art thou?

July 4th, Again in Colorado Springs heading north bound 17 ft Casita being pulled by a Pewter? colored Dodge mid sized? It's been years since I drove thru Colorado Springs so many times in a week, yet every time I have been there in the last week and a half I have seen an egg.

Also saw one, wed July 1st a 13ft'er (scamp) being pulled by a forest green car/suv? (Sorry I due to death in family I hadn't reported that sighting sooner).

This morning (Monday) about 10:45 on US95A in Fernley, NV - spied a Scamp 13 like ours, following behind a nice Class "C" MH - Guest room? You turned into the grocery store parking lot and I wanted to follow to say 'hi' but we were on the way to son-in-law's doctor appt and had to pass. Bet you're on your way to Lake Lahontan for some fun. L 'n D

Oops, sorry Moderators ... the double-click devil made me do it!

That was me. I was headed for Ft. Churchill south of Fernley on 95-A, my favorite place to camp by the way, on the way through Yerington, Mason Valley, Wellington and on through Sweetwater Valley. Didn't get past Ft. Churchill that trip because Skippy was sick. Stayed overnight at Ft. Churchill and headed back the next day to the vet's office. Bladder infection. I was quite frustrated because every 1/2 hour or hour she had to stop and finally I caught on (slow learner) to what was probably wrong. Anyway, after antibiotics she is fine. I go that route at least twice a year "chasing ghosts" (genealogy hunting). I am going into eastern Oregon in a week or two for a week "chasing ghosts" in that country following an old diary and photographing the route. Fun. Margaret in NW California

Two more sightings........... This time in my part of the state. First a 16ft Casita in a sea of big rigs at Loveland Rv resort ( resort is questionable) LOL............... Anyway it's just stored there! But I happen to pull out and see the top of an egg, had to drive thru to find out if I really saw what I saw! Yep! A Casita!

Then 5 minutes later a Scamp 16ft'er being pulled by at Black Jeep parked, you must have been getting lunch at the Sour Pickle (or what ever the name of that place is) I was in Ethan Allen and of course stuck with the sales lady so couldn't run out there and catch you..... The Scamp looked as though it had a great time off roading this holiday weekend.. LOL. hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Friday, July 3, mid-afternoon
San Onofre beach camping along I-5.
17' Casita with tan Jeep TV, looked like you were getting set up.
Hope the waves were good to you!

(No, I wasn't driving, and frankly on Friday everybody on that freeway had time to sightsee!)

We lost track of how many light weight trailers we saw on from Chilliwack to Kelowna on the Coquihalla on Sunday! At least 15, was there a meet in the Okanagan somewhere? It was terrific to see everyone out enjoying the weekend!

I was wondering the same thing.

Took our first trip out with our almost completed Boler this weekend. So exciting to see more of "us" out! Kamloops to Summerland then way back up north on the 97. Saw quite a few.

In particular a Casita on the 97 in 100 Mile, and a cute black and white Boler called "Bol-air" in Kelowna with a beautiful chevy tug.

We camped the weekend of June 27th at Steelville, Mo at Huzzah Valley Resort. Also at the camp was a 13 ft. Scamp. Saw many people looking at our 13ft. Casita-would have given them the grand tour. ALso saw a fiberglass trailer on our way home but couldn`t see the brand. Always flash our lights to say hello.

"The Green Caboose" (compact jr) from Virginia. In supermarket parking lot Kanab, UT

That was us, thanks for posting Ron. I had hoped we'd get sighted on the journey.

It's 'Blue Caboose', but no offense taken.

The grocery stop at Kanab just happened to be our only 'incident' on the 30-day trip - dead Tug battery when we got out of the store. It was 5 years old and had been doing extra duty (charging the RV and running the fridge during tow..and when we stop for a quick grocery run). 6,000 miles and 17 states, can't whine too much about a well-used battery biting the dust.

Here's a shot at our camp that morning on the Kiabab Plateau.

While not fiberglass I saw a maybe 1930's era Airstream ? Aluminum approx 18 feet totally flat front and rocket shaped back. Very dull finish needed some good cleaning going south on IL 47 near Rt 64.
Towed by some sort of SUV. I was engrossed with the trailer.

I was really cool to see it still being used.

This evening, Sunday, as we were heading south on I-5 from Portland and before Salem we saw two Casitas heading north. Don't they know Bullard is the other direction? They were stuck in traffic and we were not so didn't see the TV. Do hope to see them next weekend.
