Thanx, Willar, for the super pics of the Klassics with Eggs! We met & visited with the owners of the bright orange outfit a couple of years ago at the Classic Car Show in Quartzsite. Neat wheels! L 'n D

John n Dolly T. (Punkin Trailer) are also great friends of ours...

If you meet up with them again, be sure to ask 'Mr. Clean', aka John, the correct proceedure to 'dress' tires on a Rod n Trailer, LOL!!!!

NOT to be confused with our other 'ORANGE' buddy, JJ and his nice set up!!!!!

Hay, DONNA (and others), the light blue Ford Long Roof (far right)and matching trailer is owned n towed by 'Lee', the gent that does the Rod Run Events List for the PNW up here....
'57 Retractable with matching Boler is owned by 'Uncle Rickie'
The Rad Stude (left side) is owned by Jack n Caroline M.

13 foot scamp with awning and A/C, Michigan plates, at the intersection of Alberta Highway 16 West and Highway 43. Looked like it was heading for Alaska? Looked to be pulled by a Jeep.

Spotted a 16' Casita going east on West Virginia route 7 in the town of Kingwood today 5-30-09 at about 1:30 pm. It was being towed by a burgandy SUV with Ohio tags.

Question

Last Wednesday afternoon (05-27-09) in the parking lot of the VA Medical Center in La Jolla, Calif:
A 13' Scamp with front Bath towed by a silver VW new Beetle; both had Florida plates.
The Scamp had a solar panel on the back of the roof that was raised at an angle like an air deflector or a wing!

Sunday, May 31 - U-Haul (or Burro?) towed by a nice red SUV (Forerunner?) headed east on Interstate 80 just outside of Reno, NV. Later that afternoon, we spotted our first-ever Bigfoot Motorhome, exited eastbound (I-80) and turned north into Sparks, NV.
Anyone from this forum? L 'n D

Just spotted a 13 Scamp pulled by a reddish/maroon tug heading out of Sonora, Ca on Stockton, Rd.

If you noticed a person waving feverishly out of a small Mercedes, that was me as I sat waiting to turn left in front of you.

About 12:30 PM, Saturday, June 6, at Bayview (Whidbey Island) Washington: a U-Haul. I didn't notice the tug.

Today at the VW Fest in Effingham, IL, a '73 Boler pulled by a splitty van. I suggested he join us.

And while I am at it, even though these are not fiberglass, there was an Eriba Puck at the VW Fest in Effingham too, pulled by a splitty pickup.
