They have a fiberglass pop top.

Yesterday, in beautiful overgarrd az, a Casita, older, tugged by a toyota suv with bikes, headed west..at about 8:15 am.

OK, I knew who it was.. it was Karen and John from here headed home to San Diego from Fool Hollow lake.

I also saw a red pick up towing another casita headed east on hiway 260 in Pinetop/Lakeside AZ a couple hours later.

Today, Sunday June 7, talked to owner of a 13' (?) Scamp at Jalama Beach County Park, Santa Barbara County, Cali. He stopped by to ask about ours. I told him about this group. Not sure he's a web addict like some of us (ahem!) might be...

Sunday, June 7 - Interstate 80 just east of MM32 - spotted a Scamp 13 (w/gravel guard) pulled by a green TV - you were eastbound amid a 'herd' of Airstreams in various sizes. Was there an Airstream rally somewhere? L 'n D

Two sightings, both Scamps, both headed South on SR20 on Whidbey near Coupeville yesterday June 9 about noon. The 13' had a red SUV towing it; the other I think was a 16' but can't be sure.

This afternoon (6/10) westbound on Interstate 80 just east of Sparks, NV ... a 16ft Casita hitched to a small red X-cab pickup with shell. Nice looking outfit ... anyone from this forum? Hope you were enjoying your travels. L 'n D

Picked this one up in cariboo, and its in really good shape.
Going to travel with it across BC and Alberta for the next 2 weeks.
Please excuse the tarp on the jeep, didn't have time to put the soft top on before it started raining.

Living in Reading Pa for about three years now and have never seen another egg until today 6/13/09
This Scamp had a bicycle rack on the back and was heading west on rt 12 (warren st bypass) and exited onto 11th st exit (kutztown rd) got so excited i didn't notice the tow vehicle as i was going in the opposite direction. Just wondered if it was anyone from this forum or better yet someone from this area.
