Two Casitas today S/B on I-5, one earlier in the day around 09:30 near Sacremento and the other this afternoon south from Anderson...

We were heading eastbound on I-90, you were headed westbound around 2:30pm and my husband spotted a red Scamp/ boler that was being pulled by a black something or another with white on it..sorry not a car person so thats my best description or your vehicle...jeep maybe... anyhoo we spotted someone....yeah Pacific Northwest!

Saw a 13' Scamp in the driveway in front of a house in a subdivision south of Reedley, CA today. I think it looked loved! I drove by twice to see if they might be out in the yard, but was too chicken to knock on the door! They probably would have thought I was nuts!

We traveled from BC to the Oregon Coast and did not see another FG other than one Bigfoot on the coast. After 6 days on the road we were forced inland due to weather and we landed at Campoeg State Park - dropped the trailer and went off to do some great shopping at Woodburn. On returning to Campoeg we found another 16' Scamp parked right across from us. Turned out to be Vivian and Joe and the killer trailer cat, on there way out on a long road trip - New Mexico?
We inspected each others trailers and came away with lots of new ideas.

It was nice to meet them and we hope they are having a safe trip.

Going southbound on Hwy 2 (the QEII) near Airdrie, AB today at 4:30pm a Scamp 5th wheel being towed by a red pickup, Toyota I think. I'm sure it's someone I've seen on here!? Anyone know who it was?
Too bad we were going the other direction 4 lanes over.

ETA: Looked just like Isaac M's rig, is he up in these parts?

We've been on the road a lot this summer (both teachers in Ohio) and camped quite a bit in Michigan and driven down to North Carolina. Haven't seen an egg yet and we are still looking for one.

Saw another Casita - looked like a 16' er....

California, Just off Hiway 99, between Galt and Lodi. There is a storage yard -LOTS of Biggies in there For Sale...hahahahaha... Ayway, this fella was towing with a small pickup. Couldn't tell if he was going INTO storage after an excursion or HEADED OUT for an adventure.

Boy, out here on the Left Coast, they are RARE!

Sounds like our paths crossed yesterday, Alf, we were driving back from Goderich to Burlington, stopping at Straford, Shakespeare and Woodstock along the way. I couldn't believe how many different RV's, trailers and 5th wheels we saw - it seemed like every other vehicle on the road was an RV - it was great!

We did see one other Trillium being towed by a red minivan between Goderich and Bayfield.

Monday, Sept 1, 2008 we saw a Casita (16?) pulled by a small black SUV south bound on I-71 just south of Medina, Ohio. We were northbound in the 77S13 pulled by a white high top van.
Did not see the Casita usually stored at I-77 and US 18, so that may have been their home.

Yesterday 9/1/08 at 9:30am, saw going eastbound on I-84 at about Fairview, OR an Escape being pulled by a VERY NICE mid-1960s Ford pickup (white over baby blue). Coool! Anyone here?

Today, passing Fresno State University in Fresno, a white egg of some kind, looked pretty new. I was behind you and already in the left turn lane for Starbucks or I'd have sped up and waved.

Hi: All... This weekend we seemed to hit the jackpot of sightings!!! Thur. a.m. 11ish eastbound 403 E. of Brantford Ont. 16' Scamp tugged by a 4dr. green G.M. pickup. You went by as we were leaving the Tims at Garden ave exit... a little later S. bound 407 13' Scamp tugged by a silver G.M. sedan later still a Surf Side or Trill on #7or 7A W. of Peterborough.
Today Sun. passed a Trill. tugged by a brown G.M. van westbound 401 near Kitchener and later still saw a silver Boler tugged by a silver van eastbound 401 near Woodstock Ont!!!

Friday Sep 5 around 5:00 P.M. heading west on US HWY 29 between Marathon City and Abbottsford WI. Coming back on Sunday around 2:00 P.M. around the same place heading east Blue SUV and Scamp 16. Did wave to each other on Friday.

My husband and I were riding on the Milwaukee Road 261 (steam engine/train) today, coming into Minneapolis, and what should we see near the U of M stadium?? A 16' Scamp with a white SUV -- they had pulled over to railfan!! Cool!!!
