'Looks like the Weeping Rock in Zion. Couldn't be though since there's no road there...or is there? (and only the shuttle is allowed) I'm dying to know...where was this photo taken?

This is the only waterfall in North Carolina that you can drive under! The 60-foot Bridal Veil Falls doesn't have a large volume of water. But it's along the highway, so it's convenient. Bridal Veil is easy to find. Just look for the sign on U.S. 64, 2.5 miles west of Highlands in the Cullasaja River Gorge.
