Same thing you are, especially the deck part. Mine collapsed under a snow load a couple weeks ago.

I miss my landlord.

sort of... OK, not really.

Today I got to remove the toilet and replace rotten floor boards in the master bath, put in new luan underlayment and am now waiting for the cement stuff to dry so I can put in new linoleum.

Man am I ever lucky, this is so much better than camping!

I give up.. I am going to hire my greedy little nephew who is addicted to paint balls and in constant need of $$$ to replenish.

I just got a quote of 1500 bones to build a 3 foot high landing and steps where my deck was...

There is a rabbit mucnching away on grass in the back yard and some lill birds are building a nest in the apple tree. The Casita's hot water tank got a cleaning and a new zinc anode and the front p-trap got replaced the old one had dry rotted. Mac is snoreing away on the ottoman

tomorrow might be a good day to plant some kindling

Changed the snow tires for summer tires on two Hondas, adjusted the derailleurs on the new (cheap) bike, dug out the battery charger to juice up the Boler - and of course checked in with FiberglassRV!

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
