Is this something not seen before, a start-up that didn't etc.
It looks more like a Lil Bigfoot to moi.

Hmm.. By bathroom they must mean port-a-potty. Front dinette and rear bed. No place left for a bathroom.

Looks to be well cared for though. Probably a rebuild IMHO.
