Steam thresher reuniions

If you are looking for an interesting weekend place to go and camp try one or both of these:
In September there are two steam thresher's reunions in Minnesota and North Dakota. These are interesting events with lots of history to see. There are campgrounds on site at both places. I know New Rockford also has a local public campground with hookups & showers at a nearby park in addition to the one on site. Here are websites of info.
New Rockford, ND is Sept. 21,22,23.

Around Richmond VA there is Oilville and Summerset. The last time I was at Oilville they were moving dirt with antique bulldozers and trucks. Many steam engines at both to include a saw mill. At Summerset cowpasture party they run a thrashing machine off of steam. I think they are in Aug and Sep.
