This is probably the last trip for RAV and Toad for this year. We've enjoyed several days of good weather, but tomorrow that changes.
The campground isn't bad either. It's my buddy's property at Deep Bay on Vancouver Island. His house is on a sand spit with a water view, front and back. If you stand in his living room and look out the back, you see Denman Island and if you turn 180 degrees, you have a view of Deep Bay harbour, or you would if the Toad wasn't blocking the view.
Tomorrow we may head up Island to Campbell River, taking refuge in the Toad as rain begins in earnest, to continue until about mid-June.
