It is hard to believe that there are fans more obnoxious than packer fans.
I and my friends from Saint Paul Minnesota attended a Viking /packer game in Green Bay a while back and were greeted with a Wisconsin beer bath . I have never returned to Green Bay to watch a packer game since and never will.
Well maybe if they outlaw alcohol before, during and after packer games
I have been to several Packer games and never witnessed that behavior but then again I was wearing the "right" colors. Went to a Rams game in St. L (in my Packer jersey) last year and had several people come up and say, "we're glad to see opposing fans here because without you guys the stadium would be nearly empty". Great fans!!

Bad manners come from a specific individual, it's not a team sport. Granted folks of the same type often act like a school of fish. But I certainly wouldn't blame all for the behavior of a few. There are rabid fans of what [insert here] anything. It's not just sports.

In a small Wisconsin border town by me ,the local bar had the Viking / Packer Sunday football game on TV . One of the customers was dressed in Viking colors and cheering for his Team .A local Packer fan got so upset that he went outside ,started up his pick up truck and proceeded to drive his truck through the front wall of the bar in an attempt to run over the Viking Fan. I am sure that a mass quantity of alcohol was the fuel for this foolishness as was our beer bath at Lambeau Field. The bar incident made the front page of The Burnett County Wisconsin paper

Off topic but same attitude...........

Went to Claremore yesterday to pick daughter up a new computer.

I pulled into a handicap as another pulled out.
An angry Walmarter accausted us by demanding
to know if I had a disabled tag.
This also has happened to me in Tahlequah and also Muskogee.

These people are so rude and I know it's just
because they wanted the spot I pulled in to.
This time, I told my wife that one of these
days one of these obnoxious people may confront someone besides me carrying a firearm that may
pull it out and blow their head off.
They are not the only hot heads out there.
But that hot head won't be carrying a bonafide
permit. Takes a little bit of discipline to get one
and carry. But you never know.

Many seem to unleash their bad behaviour
with the trigger that is in them.
I'm sure there were beheading after someone's
favorite gladiator lost the match.
The world goes as Rome went. Sports of the
day and free food to control the masses.
..LOL.

NOTE: I know this is because they don't
see a "temporary" tag hanging from the
mirror. I have a permit tag on my vehicles.

Now that's funny!

I might not have known about the Utah ape picking favorites until I read about it in this forum. Makes you wonder, do they let him watch regular season games on Sundays? Does he get a chance to weigh in on the over/under?

Like it has been said, I'm just hoping for a good, clean, well officiated game...with no nasty injuries. And a close game. I HATE watching blow-out Super Bowls. All the shots of the losing team looking like they lost before they've really lost...just too depressing.

The ape has been correct picking the last 6 Superbowl winners. I don't have much faith that Limbaugh could pick his own nose.

I'm tellin' y'all- the fix is in. All the smart money's on the Seahawks, and whatever else one thinks about Rush Limbaugh, he's definitely smart about money.

In fact, rumor has it he's actually somehow investing in Seattle's bid for upcoming Superbowls. Makes sense to me...else why on earth would he have put up that weird defense (link) of Seahawk Richard Sherman's unbelievably bizarre exchange with that poor unsuspecting reporter after the Forty-Niners game???

The ape, on the other hand, is just psychic.

Get a big roll of bubble wrap, works great. Or just drink so much beer you don't care?

I think your post is unfair to the APE by associating him with Rush

Cool

So who's playing in the game?

So yea, i can answer that question, but only because it's the hot topic nearly every where you go. BUT... really, not watching sports is one of the reasons my wife married me 30+ years ago...and was one of the questions my wife asked me when dating. I said "No"...six months later she said "Yes"

Steve,
I was thinking maybe, just maybe, the ape scored rather low on the IQ test for apes. But even so, you might be correct in your thoughts.

Irritating personality? Doom?

Hmmmmm, don't understand that one but, I do know class and
I am a firm believer that class act's no matter what the outcome of a game are. Always walk away winners! And I believe the Bronco's have one of the classiest players in the NFL

'NFL Honors': Peyton Manning wins MVP

But for the record I do believe they will win the superbowl today!

Dunno, Rush makes more money than the ape. That radio studio room does look a bit like a cage, though.....

In 1957 Dr,Jonas Salk discovered the vaccine that ended the threat of polio
In 1958 Arnold Palmer won the Masters golf tournament
Both individuals received $50,000 for their accomplishments . If money was the sole judging factor, their accomplishments were equal but in my mind the accomplishments were not equal . Rush may make more money but the ape may well have given more to society "GO BRONCOS"

It's halftime now. I may have been mistaken about the ending. Wow!

Which reminds me, if anyone wants some investment advice that's equally good as my score prediction, just PM me. I think a person could get rich simply by going the opposite direction of any investment idea I ever have.
