well....yes, but...digging a little deeper into The Mysteries of The Chinese Zodiac:

"2014 is Male Wooden Horse year. Horse contains mainly Fire. Therefore, 2014 is Wood on the Fire. Wood can help Fire to burn hotter, higher and longer. This birth chart already has too much Fire. The strong Fire of 2014 makes this birth chart even more imbalanced. It’s not a good sign. The extremely stronger Fire lets this short-tempered person become even more hot-tempered. The irritating personality will bring very poor and hostile relationships with friends and siblings. Furthermore, the bad investment, money loss and financial problems will come after."

I'm thinkin' that whole "wood on the fire/ irritating personality" thing combined with the ensuing "bad investment/money loss/financial problems" spells DOOM for the Broncos on Sunday!

I live in Washington State I do not support the Seachickens. Went to a game 2 years ago in Seattle with family from Arizona. We wore Card colors. Seachicken fans spit on us, spilled drinks on us, body slammed my oldest sun when we were getting food. I will never waste my money on another trip to Seattle or support them.

ROFL Steve the guys I work with at ski races might suggest you may enjoy Alpine races as well.

Easy to see why my fellow male course workers tend to cheer loudly regardless of their home country when Julia Mancuso skis by & try to get a photo op at every chance with her. LOL She is BTW the USA's top medal hope for a gold in Downhill - a good chance she will do it.

Out here in Seahawks Territory, local wags are callin' it the "Bud Bowl' in honor of the fact that it's between teams representing the only two States in the Union that have legalized The Demon Weed! [/QUOTE]

After all, the Red Hot Chili Peppers are going to be playing "Led Zepplin's Dazed and Confused" at half time.

That in itself might be worth the ticket to the game

The fix is in, all right!

If the action/outcome of the playoff "game" that put them in New Jersey isn't enough proof that Somebody Decided it's Seattle's "turn", get this: The powers-that-be are already gearing up to "bid" on bringing a future Superbowl out here, and here quoting from this article:

"the community will need to step up in a major way. It will be a significant effort, not something to be taken lightly."

For "community stepping up" I read "taxpayers loosening purse strings"...what better way to energize that base than to Bring Home a Win?

This unbelievably cynical message brought to you by "It's Big Business, NOT a Sport, Inc."

It is hard to believe that there are fans more obnoxious than packer fans.
I and my friends from Saint Paul Minnesota attended a Viking /packer game in Green Bay a while back and were greeted with a Wisconsin beer bath . I have never returned to Green Bay to watch a packer game since and never will.
Well maybe if they outlaw alcohol before, during and after packer games

Lost Wages is "predicting" a Broncos win. Oh my stars... I might lose the $5 I have on the line.... what will I possibly do? Have a enjoyable time watching the game. BE SAFE EVERYONE! They don't call this weekend Bloody Sunday without a reason.

I may go visit Tom Mix Museum........
umm........nope, more snow coming.

They said those zoo apes have predicted correctly
the last six bowl games. But I'm not putting out a
wager.

That could mean bad news for Denver Broncos fans. The 13-year-old primate hasn't been wrong since 2006.

Last year, Eli charged out and knocked over a papier-mache goal post decorated with the Ravens logo. Sure enough, Baltimore beat the San Francisco 49ers 34-31.

Tom Mix museum was good for about 5 minutes IMO, visited about 15 years ago.

I predict Broncos 34, Seahawks 27.

I predict one team will win and one team will lose. I just hope it's a GOOD game and no one suffers a career-ending injury. AND the refs are good and fair.

That's good to know Mike.
Wouldn't be worth a drive just for that.
Will have to be on a list, which I have been making.

Today Rush Limbaugh put his money on the Seahawks.
The show was on sports so much I turned over to my
bluegrass cds.

I'm wondering if I should take note that both a zoo ape and Rush Limbaugh have predicted the Seahawks.....
I wonder who our Congressional leaders are choosing.
