Surprise
I live about 45 miles east of Bakersfield Ca. surrounded by the Sequoia National Forest.
This time of year it should be in the low 80s. It's 36 degrees.
We've had a very mild winter.
In the High Country where there should be 6' to 8' of snow there's only about 2'.
In the middle of January I was riding my ATV at about the 8000 ft. level where there is normally 4 to 6 feet of snow. The only snow was in small patches in the shade.
I just looked out my front window and it's snowing.
Go figure.
