Survey says: It passes for vintage

I had to share this. Up here in the granite state fiberglass RVs are a rare sighting. Although our 16' scamp is brand new, almost everyone that sees it thinks it's in very good condition for its age. I've gotten a few "did you restore that?" type comments from repairmen and neighbors. No one who has seen it would guess its new. I'm actually a bit relieved because I had originally been searching for a vintage trailer to tow behind my 75 pickup. I guess it will look right at home on the road and in the campsites....but I'll still have the warranty to fall back on if something breaks.

Anyway, just curious if others with late model FGRVs get the same comments.

Yes we bought a 2010 scamp 16 and someone who knew we were selling an older one drove by, saw it and commented when are you going to get your new one!

I'll go you one better. I had two gentlemen at the Escape Rally a couple of weeks age ask me if my 1978 Biggar was the prototype for the Escape 19! Excuse me? does it really look that NEW? lol.
Life would be a million times better if there were Pinatas strategically placed throughout the day.
