No, I've seen other buses that are driven from a similar front lower level. Puts the side window closer to the "you want fries with that?" clerk.

I remember seeing a little info once on the bus-thingie in the OP. Apparently it's homegrown, built from mostly car parts, and the steering is a terrifying bicycle-chain sort of lashup. However, it certainly has, um, charm.

Is that chained upstairs to the observation deck? I wonder if it has a bowling alley? Anyone remember " THE BIG BUS?"
