Those GM transit buses wern't really highway vehicles due to their gearing - but if you were around them back in the day you can't forget the distinctive sound of that two stroke diesel !

I remember seeing a little info once on the bus-thingie in the OP. Apparently it's homegrown, built from mostly car parts, and the steering is a terrifying bicycle-chain sort of lashup. However, it certainly has, um, charm.

Is that chained upstairs to the observation deck? I wonder if it has a bowling alley? Anyone remember "THE BIG BUS?"
