Looks like it could be a Flxible bus under it all. I like the conning tower...I bet if they'd just done that they might have finished it.

I think the pilot's seat must be up there. There'd be no way to see enough through that front window down below!

Considering that most busses of that era were manual shift I'd sure like to see how they rigged that linkage!

Those GM transit buses wern't really highway vehicles due to their gearing - but if you were around them back in the day you can't forget the distinctive sound of that two stroke diesel !
