Terra Wind Motorhome

Ok, I've often said that our cute little molded fiberglass rigs are more like boats than RV's.

Well, and I know it's not fiberglass ... I saw this rig this morning ... and I have to say it is really, really closer to a boat than our rigs.

It's called the Terra Wind

It goes on land ... and on the water.

And then just drive up the boat ramp to go back on land

No ... I'm not making this up.

The rig was on ABC news this am.

Here's the website www.terrawind.com

I see two downsides to the Terra Wind:

1. It's not fiberglass (and you know how I love fiberglass!)

2. As pictured, it costs US$1.2 million (which I could probably swing, but it's not fiberglass, so forget it!)

Notice two things ....

1. The living room and bedroom slide outs are NOT out while in the water!

2. There is a rear deck on the motorhome ... on which you can sit and fish (Morgan! You listening? Right up your alley!)

Don't rock the boat

Just hope that the wakes aren't too big. That sucker looks WAY top heavy to me.

I'll watch from the shore in my little fiberglass bungalow, thank you very much. :o

I resent that, I've never fished with chum. :r

Just with good friends, or maybe a pal. :)

Charles, if you can swing that 1.2 mil, I'll fiberglass it for you. :E

Thanks Morgan!

I'll tell you what ... I'd like to be the first Terra Wind owner to float down the river, past the typical river front tavern, full of half-drunk river rats.

Their reaction would be priceless!

ONLY $1.2 MILLION??? I'll take two, one in blue and one in red...but only if I can water ski behind it.

Wonder how many fiberglass rv's I could buy instead?
:cblob
