We keep everything in the Scamp ready to go. Duplicate clothes, dry foods, all sundries. Behind the Scamp in the garage we installed a floor to ceiling bakers rack that holds all the accessory camping gear and we just pull what is needed for the conditions and location we're heading and go. Bedding and pots are pulled when we get home and washed then immediately returned to their place in the Scamp. List is not used cause it is already stocked.
We keep our trailer stocked and ready, just add clothes and go. But we need lists for what activites we are planning each trip. Do we bring all the Dutch oven things this trip? Do we need easy ups. How about bikes this trip?

We are heading to an event this weekend and our list has been in formation all day today to make sure we don't forget something. Oh, I just remembered I need to add the peeps and marshmellow sticks to the list. Thanks for reminding me. And Donna just reminded me that I need name tags.

I have lists and nagograms at work all day. I don't keep one for the trailer.

Everything has a place and it stays there. My "packing" for a trip is limited. Perishable foods and clothes.

I am very focussed (Usually LOL!) on my hitch up so I don't need it written down. Not having a helper actually helps loads

"I thought you did that"
"No, you usually do it so I didn't"
"Well, we'll have to turn around and find where the trailer fell off"
"This is all your fault, you know"

Gina- Have you been recording Robert's and My conversations?

Frederick's list
Checklist 8.0 - New and Improved
I created the setup checklist (3 lists, actually) to ensure that there were specific instructions to handle specific situations. I wrote them to be somewhat self explanatory so that when we bring novices along with us who "want to help", I can step back and allow them to help [b]without: happening.
